💫 Save as Inspo 💫 Kitchen Reveal Pictures are here!!🎉 So many details I want to dive into. The DIYs really pushed us to our limits in this kitchen. I had a vision for building out side 2 of the kitchen since we moved in 7 years ago, but I struggled to not second guess myself when it came down to committing to a layout.

Planning out a kitchen renovation for the first time is a lot of work! From removing the soffit, building DIY narrow filler cabinets, planning a desk nook to work around the AC return vent, arching the bay window, etc to everything in between. The kitchen is functioning and flowing so well for our family. It truly is a vision turned real life. 😍 And the materials and colors still have me swooning!

✨Save this Kitchen Reveal!!🎉✨ Friends, it has a been a full journey, and I am so thankful to complete this kitchen renovation!!

Some of the highlights of this journey:
- Lots of Demo: removing old tile floors, cabinets and counters! Soffit removal (whew, a nail biter for sure 😅)
- Building out side 2 of the kitchen, with lower cabinets, counters, shelves, desk nook, built in bench, and archway over the bay window!
- Tiling the backsplash on 4 walls!
- Painting and staining to bring it all together!🎨
- In the midst, birthing our sweet precious baby 💕

Besides countertop install and a little bit of the electrical work, we were able to DIY the entire kitchen and I’m so proud of the outcome!! I am very thankful for each of you who have cheered me on in this process. It has been a journey of many ups and downs and lots of life, and I’m so deeply grateful to be able to share it with you here!!💃🏾
